Competing in cosplay is still something we love to do and feel that
It helps us to raise the bar on ourselves, along with everyone else out
there. It also allows us to enjoy conventions as attendees and attempt
(although it's rare..) to make a vacation out of it. Unlike many convention
attendees we rarely see outside our hotel. Every airport is the same..
and so is every hotel. (granted some a little fancier then others.) However..
they're still just casual for us. Plane trips are more like pro-longed bus rides..
and to those of us who fly on a regular basis for jobs.. well it gives a new
meaning to the term "air bed."
So! We love competitions, They're fun, exciting and they sure keep us thinking!
Also we treat competitions as the test run for any new script ideas we may
be cooking up in our full length shows! And No, we don't always 'win' what
fun would that be??! So here is a list of some of the compiled
cosplay/masquerade awards that I can remember off the top of my head.
